My husband and I were incredibly impressed by Mary's knowledge of the real estate market. This wasn't our first time working with a realtor but by far our best time. We found Mary's communication with us to be top notched. She was available to us seven days a week and at all times throughout the days. She sent us daily check in emails to us updated as to where we were, in each step of the buying process. She set us up with a lender on a Sunday when we found the home we wanted to purchased. The lender was great and she got us approved for our loan right away. When it came down to negotiating prices and etc., Mary was able to negotiate the best price for our new home. We felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the process knowing that we were in great hands with Mary. I would highly recommend Mary Rollert for any real estate needs you have. She is proffessional, knowledgeable and trustworthy!

Mary was excellent in helping us sell our house. We had just had a baby before listing our house. Mary came over multiple times to help us get the house ready and give us pointers on what we should do to get the house ready. She explained the showing process well and advertised our home. Once we got an offer she talked us through negotiations and made sure we stood strong where we wanted to. She kept communicating throughout and made everything as easy as it could be.
