I would say we got our new house only because of Sally Sunny. Sally Sunny is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. She was honest and forthright- no games. She was very proactive, managed to get the first slots of all our home visits as soon as the homes came to the market. She put her outstanding experience to make us a highly "outstanding" way of offer which impressed the seller. When the seller visited us after the closure, he told us, Sally is the outstanding agent and the way Sally interacted during the offer review time is highly professional which mad him to accept our offer even though he had 3 other higher offers than ours. She helped us to reduce our new home closing costs. Even she helped us for "out of the box" negotiations and other essential home purchases.
