I really enjoyed working with Bridget and her level of knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. Without me asking Bridget provided me of weekly and in some instances daily updates regarding the short sale of my home for at least year.
Bridget was able to answer every question, and she knew what Wells Fargo wanted prior to them sending me a letter because she stayed in direct contact with the bank.
As I stated previously it was truly a blessing for me to have Bridget as my sale agent, and I believe she is the reason that my home was sold because for the year duration there were plenty of times I gave up and she kept sending them every document over and over again.
I have bought and sold 2 homes and I have never worked with anyone as efficient and attentive as her. I feel like I hit the agent jackpot with her. She kept very detailed records, and was able to explain each step of the process to me.
Additionally, she worked with me even though I relocated to another state and we communicated through email, text, phone and fax. She is really outstanding.
She truly is a wonderful agent and there is no room for improvement she does her job exceptionally well....
