MIke knew the 'territory'.. the home needed a lot of work. Mike introduced us to workers that could put it into a more livable condition. He knew them and knew they did quality work.
He patiently showed us the property 3 times and introduced us to the owner and some of the neighbors. He helped us at every turn and I would always use Mike as a realtor again...
