Darren Ellis is exceptional. He is very personable. He made himself available when ever we needed him, weekends, evenings, virtually any time. He is extraordinarily motivated and resourceful. When things slowed a little he provided a welcome stream of new Ideas, alternatives encouragement and optimism until we found buyer. He is the fourth realtor that we've dealt with in the process of trying to sell our home over a period of three years. We certainly wish that he had been the first. His confident enthusiasm and encouragement really kept our spirits up through a process that was probably more difficult and challenging than most. Bottom line? Darren Ellis dose not let up until he closes the deal, period.
Our contact with the other staff at Ashland Realty was minimal. We have no reason to think that they are anything but capable, courteous and dedicated professionals.
Of course unfortunately, since we are moving out of the state, we will not have another opportunity to work with Darren or Ashland. That should in no way mediate the over all high regard for both Darren and Ashland that we will carry with us....
