Thanks for taking the time to get to know a little more about me .. after relocating to mid Missouri in 1994, my career in real estate began while looking for our personal home. Our search led to a large estate parcel and a vison of beautiful estates. I am experienced in land development, subdivision infrastructure, planning and implementation. Following this, I formed a building company for both speculative and custom luxury homes. My real estate license was a natural progression in the industry. I believe my work as a developer and builder gives me a unique perspective in the buying and selling process, which only adds to the expertise I am able to provide for our clients. I am better skilled to help my clients understand building standards, green building as well as the latest techniques, décor and staging for both existing and new homes. This is an invaluable skillset, whether looking to sell or buy. Now a Broker/Salesperson, I continue to add to my proficiency in real estate training and designations.
Married with 3 children and 5 grandchildren, I recognize the importance of my clients and their relationships. I strongly believe in the welfare of my clientele and work diligently on their behalf. The purchase or sale of a residence is one of the more important life transactions for most people. Ethics and standards are always at the forefront of my mind in every real estate contract. I strive to make each as stress free as possible for my clients. My community is equally important and I work in a number of volunteer organizations within Columbia and surrounding areas.
