Overall, working with Jen was excellent. Jen was always very approachable with her time and access. Since we were new to the area and we had to move over 300 miles, Jen made the time to view 15 properties in 2 days and her weekend. Jen had also been in our situation before, so the compassion she showed to our family was next-level. Once finding out new home, Jen was on-top of all the 1000 questions we had during inspections, assessment and closing. We would use Jen again and would refer her to our family and friends. We are very grateful for all of her efforts and are enjoying our new home.
