There was a specific property i wanted and the agent listed worked for SEMO Century 21 but had not responded to my attempts to reach out. I picked another from the same facility and she got back to me straight away, like within the hour and was ready to work. It was Madison. Her diligence and kindness won.
i only gave this rating because the initial agent listed for the property took way too long getting back with me. by the time he got back with me i had already paid my earnest money and signed a contract with madison and had a closing date.
by the time he got back with me it was to tell me that the house had just sold to which i replied, yes... to me. if i hadnt taken the steps i had to reach another agent it could have been snatched out from under me.
Madison and Megan were great.
