Faye made sure that the closing was top quality. We were living in Florida and Faye handled everything for us including washing the bed linens before we arrived so that when we arrived so tired, we could go directly to bed after a 1200 mile Drive. She coordinated the title work along with Rosemary Davis of SEMO Title (another company we highly recommend). Because of Faye Walborg, we never worried about the purchase of our home even though we were 1,200 miles away AND NEVER SAW THE HOME UNTIL WE FIRST WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR! We love our new home!!
