She was the consummate professional. She had a deep and complete knowledge of the property for sale, and a detailed knowledge of that condo associations bylaws and requirements. Anything she didn't know, she researched and provided me with an answer, usually within an hour. We had a horrible time with the sellers title company. We received six or seven incorrect HUD'S before they finally got it right, but that provided Dennise with a lot of extra work double-checking their latest incorrect HUD Statements. She did all of this extra work, which I remind you was totally the sellers title's companies fault cheerfully and quickly. It was an absolute pleasure working with her.
