We started this journey going on Faith, the Lord placed her before us and she absolutely came through in every way imaginable! She is and was super knowledgeable of the entire process, from showing the house and property to walking us through this step by step! She made herself available 24/7 literally, and even went above and beyond helping us understand the whole process not just her part she helped in every way possible! would recommend Kati every time no question! She is warm and welcoming. We had no clue what we were doing, because of Kati Watson we have our dream forever home and our children have an amazing opportunity here in West Plains.
