As my house had been on the market previously for three months with another agency, I began to search and inquire about an agent who understood, conversed, and had excellent marketing skills to get the job done. She was very very responsive which is HUGE for me, her level of marketing was extensive and progressive, and her diligence and drive to deliver cannot be ovelooked. The house was under contract in about 2 months and she navigated through any possible hiccup on both sides helping. Ultimaly, WE SOLD and she was exactly who we needed!!
