Myranda was amazing. The first purchase I ever made was when I was single. I was hesitant to use an agent as I had done it before, but I am glad I did. Dealing with all of it and while juggling a family without breaking up our routine would have been impossible without Myranda. I literally only had to leave my old house three times thanks to her; once for the showings, a second showing (my own choice as I wanted to inspect some things further), and then to close. In between she took care of everything. There were instances where I felt like the bank wasn't communicating, she absolutely did not allow that, and lit the fire for me. She was very helpful before showings with research she had already done, things to pay attention to, things not to do. She was extremely cognizant of my schedule as well, being that my only real free day is most peoples off day, but she was able to arrange every single showing for me on the same day. Would absolutely use her again!...
