Dorothy can connect you with valuable resources such as lenders, inspectors, movers, finding the best school districts and special programs for first-time buyers, veterans, teachers and others. She focuses on Henderson and Buncombe Counties, but also works in Transylvania, Polk and Rutherford counties.
Finding the right REALTOR® is a vital step in any real estate matter. Dorothy has been helping people turn their vision into reality in real estate since 2003. Her clients return when it's time to buy or sell again because of the excellent service they received. She forges relationships that result in clients feeling they have a "REALTOR® for life". This repeat business speaks to her friendly, personal and competent approach, with over 90% of her business coming from referrals from past clients.
Dorothy grew up in a real estate, banking and construction family and has lived in the area since 1977. She returned to her native California in 1990 for a 13-year stint as a "florist to the stars", but returned to the mountains of Western North Carolina to spend more time with family and pursue her passion for real estate. She lives in Henderson County and enjoys exploring our beautiful area, reading, gardening, antiquing, decorating, cooking, baking and spending time with friends and her animals.
