Hi, I’m Curshina “Shena” Little , a Realtor® with Century 21 Rucker Real Estate. I live in Denver, North Carolina and proudly serve clients throughout the greater Charlotte area, which I have called home for the past 14 years.
I am originally from Orangeburg, South Carolina. Although I graduated from Winthrop University with a degree in Business Administration, I will forever be a Bulldog at heart. My roots shaped my work ethic, my values, and my deep appreciation for family and community.
Before transitioning into real estate, my career was built in the mortgage industry where I worked as an underwriter and credit analyst. I evaluated residential loan risk, structured complex transactions, and wrote credit policies and underwriting guidelines to support sound lending decisions. That experience allows me to guide clients with a level of financial insight that goes beyond the typical transaction. I understand how lenders think, how deals are structured, and how to position contracts for strong outcomes.
I am married and the proud mother of three beautiful children. Being a wife and mom has deepened my understanding of how important home truly is. It is not just square footage. It is stability. It is growth. It is where memories are made.
