When we listed our home with Tom Harte, we had already purchased another home in another state. Since we were spending most of our time in our new home, it was Tom's responsibility to disarm and arm our security alarm each time the house was shown - which was often! He also periodically would check on the house to insure that everything was okay. He did an excellent job of handling everything for us from start to finish and it was seamless.
