I am the Owner/Broker in Charge of our family run firm, Century 21 DiGioia Realty, and have been one of the top Realtors in Charlotte over the past 20 years. Over the course of my career, I have owned/operated multiple real estate firms with $200+ Million in sales & nearly 1,000 homes sold in my career.
In Fall of 2023, we decided to be an individually owned/operated Century 21 franchise to provide a global network and the latest technology for our clients. While Century 21 is the most respected and recognized name in real estate across the globe, we will retain that same small family business culture with the extensive knowledge and experience for our clients benefit.
Prior to affiliating with Century 21, I owned/operated DiGioia Realty with the assistance of my son, Anthony. Anthony joined our family firm in 2019 and is now one of the top buyers agents in the Charlotte region.
