Gina has lived, worked and played in southwest Wake County for nearly 30 years and is honored to call this beautiful, growing and exciting area home.

As a planner, Gina guided the development of the Town working with developers, investors, and commercial real estate professionals in navigating the complex processes of municipal development review. Now as a commercial real estate broker, she is guiding business owners and investors in finding the perfect location for their business or investment, or working with them in the listing of their property for sale/lease. She then negotiates on their behalf to ensure that they get the best deal for their transaction and gets them to the closing table smoothly.
