Kolby grew up around the real estate industry, right here in Fuquay-Varina. As a fourth generation native of the area, she has a passion for her community. Always staying close to home, she attended North Carolina State University in Raleigh, where she graduated magna cum laude. Kolby's grandparents, Becky and W.E. were staples to the town of Fuquay-Varina and were heavily involved in the real estate business in the area beginning in 1981.
