Let me explain each of these attributes and how Rick Monroig surpassed my expectations and how I would recommend him and his team to anyone I know!
Polite- he always greeted you in such respectable manner in every type of communication; verbal,
text message, phone and email. He acknowledges everyone in your family during face-to-face interaction and also build a trusting relationship as a foundation.
Understanding-he understands that some of the customers are first time home buyers and it is crucial to explain everything to them including words, sentence and paragraphs on realty and purchase terms. Rick is very patient and very informative. He gives examples and explanation in Layman's terms making it easier for everyone to understand and follow through the whole process.
Friendly- He builds a trusting relationship by getting to know you and everyone in your family. He remembers all the interactions and making the whole experience personalized. He remembers certain occasion or stories you previously told him and he ask about your job, your family and everything you care about. You can tell he really cares about you and how your experience as a home-buyer.
Patient- I work as a nightshift nurse so I am usually sleeping during the day. Rick made sure he communicates with me before I go to work and when I have questions he always responds immediately even its at middle of the night. He respects my sleeptime, he is patient with me when I ask so many questions and always there for you.
Knowledgeable- beyond knowledgeable! If Yoda is realtor, it would be Rick! He knows all the ropes, has personal experience as a home buyer, prestigious training and education on realty and long term experienced realtor.
Helpful- He is hardworking and helpful throughout this process. I am beyond amazed how he can juggle multiple clients and still exceeding customer satisfaction and expectations.
Trustworthy- Because of his work ethic, moral values and principles, and created a strong trusting relationship, as a home buyer, I can trust him whole-heartedly with no doubts in my mind and heart. He is genuinely there for the customers and also portrays the beliefs and expectations of Century 21 company.
Professional- He is very professional no matter what happens or curb ball is thrown at him. I don't remember how many times we have encountered rainy days during open houses, open houses that has hole in the wall, or other realtors taking our time slots, I would be so frustrated as a realtor, but Rick maintained such poise, professionalism, exuberant and positivity. He is well spoken and always carries himself is such integrity, dignity, shows consideration for others and great manners.
Timely communications- he "never" missed any communications. He always gets back with you as soon as possible and if you emailed him at the middle of the night, you can expect that you will get an answer first thing in the morning.
Clear communications- He made sure he answers all of my questions and if I cannot understand, he further explains it with Layman's terms and providing examples. There is no way you would be confused if you have Rick as your realtor. At the end of my journey, I felt relieved and also has enough knowledge about home buying.
Accessible- He is there 24/7, no matter what, he will always answer you regardless of what day or holiday you asked him to. He will always provide you the answer and if he doesn't have it, he will do his research and get back to you as soon as possible. There are times I asked him a question or two and then forget about that conversation. A day or two later, he will call me back and tells me the answer and reminds me of the inquiry I asked of him. He has a memory of an Elephant that's for sure!
Respectful- this ties in with the professionalism I wrote. Rick is respectful of everyone's wishes, time and considers everyone's input throughout the home buying process. He check up on you and makes sure you have all the information you need and recommends other possible houses you might like that is within your budget, capability and personal wishes. He definitely help with my dream home and I could never forget him for it!
Approachable- He is so approachable that everyone is magnetized to him. He is so knowledgeable and kind that no matter how stupid your questions might be, he always explains it and helps you understand better....
