Angela was very informative of the market in the area. She provided me with insight that I would not have had because I live out of the area. Angela gave me sound advise on the approach to marketing the home as well as having "eyes" on the property for needed upgrades and repairs. She was in communication with me throughout the process as she assisted me with finding good local contractors to repair the home. She also kept me in the loop on any updates to the market. Her use of the MyHome application allowed me to be part of the process as the home was scheduled for showing and she was quick to give me any updates on the home when offers started coming in. Living outside of NC made it difficult for me to sell the home in the past; But, her energy, drive, and positive attitude really helped with the anxiety of trying to sell the home again. Angela understood my needs and requirements and she made sure that I felt good about the whole process.
Angela was excellent through the whole process. She was very knowledgeable about the process and kept me informed the entire time. Being out of state, it was impossible for me to physically view the home. She ensured that I was able to view the home by providing me with pictures as well as providing me with honest opinions about what would make the house sell. Advertising from my perspective was great. I was able to see the online advertising on the various realtor websites. Working with her made the process very easy.
Personally speaking, Angela was "hands down" the best agent that I have worked with. I have recommended her to a friend or two in NC that may sell in the future. Hopefully they call her when they prepare to sell. I would recommend her to anyone and especially anyone out of state. She knows her stuff and that can help take the stress of trying to sell a home when you don't live in the area.
