Chip is a class act. Again he worked all day everyday to assist my family and appeared to genuinely care about our needs. Chip has our full trust and confidence and I will work with him in the future to sell my house. I cannot say enough good things about him and I really appreciate the time he sacrificed to help us buy our first home. I can recall a late night where he stayed up late researching a house we were interested in. He came back to us and stated the house was a bit over priced and speared headed the negotiations to lower the price. It did not work out; however, he continued to work diligently to find our home for us.
