Katie was born and raised in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. Having moved to NC in 2007 after relocating due to her husbands military orders, she is delighted to be able to call Holly Ridge her forever home. Katie became passionate about real estate through the purchasing and selling of her own properties while living in Onslow County. Before Katie got into real estate she spent an abundance of time applying her talent of social media marketing with her devotion to helping women who have been genetically predisposed to breast cancer. She spent a couple years as a guest blogger and social media content creator, which landed her a fantastic job assisting with social media content creation and marketing in Real Estate. Social media opened the door to the administrative aspect of her Real Estate career which ultimately led to her getting her own license in 2017. After leaving the administrative side of real estate in 2019, Katie has consistently remained a multi million dollar producer and has earned her designation as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. With that said, Katie understands the importance of cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients. Part of her mission is to remain dedicated, transparent, and available for her clients. Katie thoroughly enjoys being able to help others and share her excitement and passion for real estate.
