I would use Kelsey Hart again in the future. Easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Had a great balance of giving us suggestions when appropriate but still allowing us to make our own decisions without feeling pressured. I will and already have recommended her to others in the area.
Kelsey did an amazing job. First off with finding us a house. She went above and beyond since we were unable to be there is person. She had great opinions regarding aspects that mattered to us. Safe neighborhood, quiet a good yard. Then with our selling process she was quick to respond to questions. She did research of the market and the area to ensure she were asking an appropriate price and was getting the most out of our sale. Her opinions on what we should negotiate with the new buyers. I would highly recommend her and wish we could take her back to Wisconsin to help us find a property in the future.
