I stumbled upon Kelsey and it just happened to be a GREAT fit! I had seen a house for sell on Facebook and clicked the link to gather more information. Kelsey contacted me and we met and discussed what I was actually in the market for and when. She was amazing, patient, and encouraging as I was nervous due to the horrible experience with my previous broker, in another state, with my 1st house.
Kelsey is awesome! She was understanding of my concerns with buying a house, what I needed, why I needed it, and what I wanted. She looked at a ton of houses with me and every time we met, she never seemed annoyed or bothered by my pickiness. She was honest too whenever I expressed concerns with cons. She would either reassure me, give suggestions, or agree...it was ugly. LOL. Her patience and availability was much appreciated as well since I am a single mom with a crazy schedule.
Kelsey made the purchase very easy and smooth. She was able to answer all my questions and in a timely manner. She connected me with an inspector, loan officer, everyone and everything I needed to close. I will definitely use her again when the time comes to sell!
