Janice Peeler is a personal friend whom I trust completely personally, and in business transactions. She knew exactly our wishes on the sale of our mother's home and followed them completely and with respect to our, and our mother's desires. She answered any questions we had along the way precisely and quickly. She also walked us through any doubts or misunderstandings of our own between the seller and us. I would not hesitate to use her and Century 21 again in the future.

Janice had patience and was always in touch with issues that may come up. She went out of her way to visit seller who had emotions of leaving the home she had built for her self 13 years ago. That was a very personal touch that most would have only handled over phone. Janice is all in!!!

Researched local sales in the area of our house to see who was selling them. Janice kept coming up. Asked her for an estimate of price and a recommendation for strategy. For the most part her recommendations mirrored our thinking.. After I met with her, I could see the common sense and her serious demeanor. Gave me confidence that she could perform and do so in a timely manner. My family believes that there is no such thing as "too busy" or "ran out of town". We were taught to reject doing business with anyone who felt they were too busy to be on time with answers, etc. Never had that problem with Janice.
Due to covid-19 and due to the fact that the sellers were in South Georgia, North Carolina, Florida, and Ohio, the closing was a hoot. Janice worked day and night literally to make it all happen. Cracking the whip, following up, and so forth.
I think of all the real estate agents that I have deslt with in my life and chuckle.......most of them would have whined and sighed and been slow and clumsy. Janice was nimble and quick and "got 'er done"!! Yeah, Janice!!
As I have said twice now, Janice was great. She was commuicative all day and into the late evening if necessary.
She made what could have been a terrible closing go very smoothly. All who read this should ask her advice for successful remote closings.
I never called and got an answering machine. And, folks, I called a lot. To me, it was a sure sign that the workers in that office were not arrogant and did not feel that letting the answering service get the call was the way to do business.
Donna is one name that I remember. She was Johnny on the spot and got all of the remote closings done with Janice.
Other agents always answered the phone and if Janice or Donna were not available, they were very helpful in relaying clear messaging and getting an answer on the spot. Can't say enough good things.
If anyone reading this needs help with a real estate issue, call these folks. They will treat you good and get the job done. Cannot say enough good things about them.
