I’m Mitzy Bratt, a local REALTOR® with Century 21 Town & Country Realty, helping buyers and sellers throughout Lincolnton, Lincoln County and surrounding areas. I’ve been in real estate for more than 11 years, but my connection to this area goes back much further. I grew up in Denver and have called Lincolnton home for more than 27 years, so when I say I know this area, I mean beyond what you can find on the MLS.
I work with sellers, first-time and experienced buyers, investors, and clients
purchasing everything from existing homes to new construction and manufactured homes. No two real estate transactions are exactly alike, and I believe my job is to make sure my clients understand what’s happening, know their options and feel comfortable asking questions along the way. I’m big on straightforward advice, strong communication and being there when my clients need me.
One of my favorite parts of real estate is the relationships that come from it. Many of my clients have become friends, and much of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals. When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with my husband and family, enjoying my grandkids, working in the garden or heading to the mountains. I’m proud to call Lincoln County home and genuinely enjoy helping other people make their home here, too....
