Amy, was very easy to work with and she listened to me. I have worked with other agents and other offices, but my experience with Amy Smith was always easy. In the past I had looked at homes with Amy and could not find the home for me. Although, I did not purchase at the time she treated me with kindness and was very patient. It appeared that my home buying experience was not just about her commission but also about my happiness with the purchase decision. I am very glad that Amy was my realtor and that she was so well connected with the people in the community that providing related services. I lived out of the state at the time and her knowledge and references made it so easy for me to get the things I needed done and quickly. I will definitely refer Amy to anyone I know and I would surely use her again....

We originally contacted Amy about a listing through Century 21 but, we were outbid on the house which put us back searching the market again. Mrs. Amy was very helpful and offered us help in finding something else in our price range but, still something we wanted and we would like. We contacted her about a HUD owned home in the area that Century 21 was ring and set up an appointment. After viewing the house we liked it but, were unsure on it. So Mrs. Amy showed us plenty more options in the area and within our budget. After talking it over we decided to call Mrs. Amy back because any other listing agent we had called/dealt with (Coldwell Banker, ReMax, etc) didn't seem helpful, outgoing, or even happy to talk/deal with us. Mrs. Amy was very knowledgeable about everything being we were first time homebuyers. She always responded quickly to texts or if she was on the phone, she responded shortly thereafter. I would highly recommend using Century 21 again just because of Amy Smith.
Mrs. Amy was very knowledgeable of our area and find us multiple homes that were in good areas we liked and in our budget. Also, she found plenty of homes that were around the size we wanted room and square footage wise. When it came to negotiating the price of the house she was a tremendous help being as we were eager first time home buyers and also we put in a few offers before HUD accepted it and never once did she seem aggravated/bothered by us with all of our phone calls, texts, emails. When it came time to close on the house she was very prompt, helpful in what we needed to bring, and even wished us the best of luck with our life. She is definitely a great agent that I'd do business with again.
The following traits above don't do justice in describing Mrs. Amy. She was always helpful, kind, prompt, understanding of our busy schedules and also very knowledgeable as we journeyed thru our home buying process.
Mrs. Amy was always helpful and flexible in her schedule throughout the entire purchase of our home. I would definitely use Mrs. Amy again in purchasing a home, shop, or property due to her customer service skills/interactions....

Pros: Professional, polite, readily available by text, knowledgeable about the market, easy to work with, conscience of your time and she made the experience painless and effortless i.e down to signing the paperwork I did not have to do anything; she worked for me...
Con: None really but, I would have like to have had more suggestions, from a professional, on home improvement (no monetary improvements) to help sale my home... I.E. maybe move this chair to open the room up or put your Kitchen Aid mixer in cabinets to open up your counter space... Lets rearrange this room to make the fireplace a focal point of this room... (instead of my wife in my ear with her "non professional" suggestions)....
