Mr. Leroy Rising provided excellent customer in our search and eventual purchase of our new property. He was always willing to meet us to show a property. He provided pros and cons of the property and of most important to us was making sure we were not in a flood area as we lost our previous home to flooding. Mr. Rising provided much assistance when making offers which required submitting substantial amounts of paperwork on our half to the seller that was finally accepted (we really appreciated this aspect of his service as it took four times before we got an acceptance). The closing process was made simple and painless with a local attorney.
