Madison Willis brings a refreshingly people-first approach to Real Estate in North Carolina, working with buyers and sellers across the region as part of the Century 21 Coastal Advantage team. Though she is newer to the Real Estate profession, the foundation she brings runs deep, shaped by nearly two decades of hands-on service work and years of running her own coaching business where she worked directly with more than 100 clients.
Madison was born in Syracuse, New York and raised in the Knoxville, Tennessee area before eventually planting roots in North Carolina alongside her husband, whose family carries six generations of ties to the coast and the commercial fishing traditions of Emerald Isle. After time in north Georgia, the two are now proud to call New Bern home. That personal journey through different regions and communities gives Madison a genuine understanding of what it means to navigate a move and find a place that truly fits.
Her background in nutrition coaching taught her to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and guide people through decisions that genuinely matter. She brings that same steady, client-centered mindset to every Real Estate conversation. Working with Madison feels organized and grounded, because she takes the time to understand what her clients actually need before anything else.
When she is not working, Madison enjoys fishing, hiking, cooking from scratch, exploring local restaurants and farmer's markets, gardening, and spending time outdoors with her dog. Those roots in nature, community, and good food reflect the same values she carries into her Real Estate practice.
