Michael did a great job getting us into a property early when the price dropped and we were quick and fast to negotiate terms with seller. That urgency helped us solidify things. He helped usher along all other aspects of the transaction and gave us realistic expectations on timelines. We actually could have closed early had we wished to, but we remained on original schedule.
