I was looking online (using Zillow, who paired us with your Agency) when I found a property that I thought my wife and I would both love. Ironically, the place needed too much work and the water was too shallow. We immediately loved Ann Marie so we asked her to show us virtually all the local waterfront properties. I'm sure she wasn't prepared for that but she was very pleasant, and accommodated our every wish, including buying us lunch at a quaint little spot in town. My wife and I tend to be difficult to please both of us but she was very patient. Two thumbs up for Ann Marie.
