Brigitte felt to our family like an absolute miracle; she's honest, willing to assist in any way she can, understanding and flexible, and best of all, she's a neighbor. Brigitte met us where we were in terms of experience and understanding as first time homebuyers and as buyers who lived an hour away from the property. She not only readily gave us insight into each step of the process, but she explained it in a way that made it accessible and was never daunted by our litany of questions. She advised on negotiations, on what to expect with closing, and even on how to best go about remodeling, connecting us with people that she personally knew and vetted. We are all new to North Carolina and this area in particular, but we feel so much more comfortable and at home thanks to Brigitte being so welcoming.
