If you are out in the market to sell or purchase a new home and need someone reliable, consistent and trust worthy; you definitely need to contact Zandra. The process of selling our home couldn't have gone smoother. After asking Zandra to help us sell it, she gave us quick and simple advice on how to organize it. Next day she came to take the pictures and that same afternoon, the house was for sale. 5 days later our house was sold! It happened quite fast considering the market had gotten stuck weeks earlier. She was very serious, optimistic and truthful when the offer came. She made us aware of all the positive aspects and how that could benefit us all. She properly guided us but never interfered in our decision to take or decline such offer.
