I made an offer on the condo and it ended up working out. I was surprised because I wasn't sure if it would work out. Kristin was amazing from getting me imformation on inspectors, contractors, and everything else. She managed the contract part immediately. The process went beyond smooth. I don't think things could have gone as good as they did without her. She even adapted to my own situation due to me being paralyzed and helping make sure that my disability was taken into account on certain parts of the purchase. This meant a lot.
I feel like there is no way the situation could have ended up as good as it did without Kristin involved. I was lucky to have her. I would reconmend her to anyone.
