In addition to all my comments above, I was to reiterate how great Madison is. Aside from being personable, kind, and respectful, she is motivated, prompt, and hard working. I know that if I were to have a question about a property we bought three months down the line I could call her up and ask and would get an answer about whatever I needed.
I've never felt pressured to make a decision about a property, nor have I ever felt bad about reaching out to Madison and asking her to show me 30+ houses. Even when I couldn't be flexible, she was flexible for me.
I can confidentially say that for every property we would ever buy or sell, Madison will be the agent we look to hire and work with. The best thing Century 21 Morrison Realty could do for itself is keep Madison Tholkes around....
