We had only a few days in Minot to shop for a house due to a military move. We had previously coordinated with a different agent/different company. The agent was a total no call no show for 5 days. So we walked into Century 21 and Ashlee immediately helped us, no questions asked and we were viewing houses within a couple hours that same day. The amount of care and attention she took into looking at houses with us was great. We are first time home buyers and she pointed out flaws/concerns. She wasn’t trying to push any sales only interested in something that worked for us. She showed us over a dozen houses the first day because we had so little time. She was patient and knowledgeable of all the properties we saw.
Ashlee helped save us thousands in the purchase of the home with countering offers and negotiating. She warned us of the flood plane houses, had great knowledge of the town and what areas would be better for us. We are first time home buyers and Ashlee made it seem easy with regards to the paperwork. She went above and beyond for us, we truly got lucky getting such a good agent. After we closed on our home she even changed the locks since the property was rental before, she truly cares about her clients that much is clear.
