Our lives are so busy these days. We usually have too many things on our plate. Concerning the sale of our Manchester condo, Alice Thompson prodded and reminded me whenever necessary. If she hadn't done that I would've messed up the closing date. Everything was done right.
I knew we needed to use a real estate co. because of the paperwork involved. The condo building had so much character it would sell itself, but no way could we handle the legal ends of things. Alice gave us more than we were expecting from an agency. Even though we knew there was a lot of red tape, we had no idea how much. It was well worth the cost to us.
