When we first met Jim we explained our ideas and plans for the sale of our home. We then listened to his ideas, the why's, why not's, how to's, and his explanation for the process it took for a successful sale. Wow! We were so impressed with his knowledge and ideas. We listened to and took his advice on our responsibilities in preparation to put our home on the market. We also appreciated and took the advice of Amy, the home stager Jim recommended. We loved Amy's ideas so much, we are continuing to work with her at our new home. What a team! We felt so comfortable putting our trust in Jim to sell our home, without hesitation. He kept in constant communication with us for all upcoming showings. The best decision we made after deciding to sell our home was to call Jim.
