Neither my sister nor I had much experience with any RE agency, so I really can't compare Cindy Sousa to anyone else, but for us, she did a fantastic job. She streamlined the entire process over the phone, walking us through each and every document we needed to read and sign, all while ensuring we understood what each one was and how it would affect the transfer of ownership. She consistently kept us up to date on how things were going and when we could expect to close, and addressed any concerns we had. One other thing I'd like to add is that this was the sale of a mobile home in a park, and likely sold for 1/5 the price of your average home on the market today, so her commission wasn't that big. That didn't matter to Cindy--we felt we were treated like the home sold for a million dollars. If you ever need a RE agent, this is the one to hire.
