Michael went above and beyond. I am sure I will go in his books as one of his more difficult clients, considering I put in 12 offers! This was my first time purchasing a house, I had a lot to learn and a lot of requirements. Although I made 12 offers, I saw at least double the number of houses. Michael would immediately set up a showing for me and meet me at these houses within 24-48 hours every time. Thankfully, the 12th offer was THE ONE, but it was new construction. The new construction process was very difficult, and the house ended up in land court and closing was pushed out 4 months. This was one of the most difficult times for me as an individual, and Michael worked day and night to be on top of the sellers side making sure the process was still moving. He was patient and understanding, would answer my calls no matter what time of day, and he would always immediately act on any issue or concern I had. It was personally very difficult to not be able to speak to the builder or anyone on the sellers side, but Michael made sure to always communicate my wants and needs correctly and timely to the builder and team. Michael recommended the closing attorney as well as the loan officer that I used, and they were great recommendations as well! Michael worked very closely with me for over a YEAR to help me find the perfect home. He was just as patient with me on day 365 as he was with me on day 1. I cannot say enough good things about Michael, his professionalism, dedication, and big heart. I highly recommend Michael to anyone looking to buy or sell....

I was very impressed with Michael DiMarzo's professionalism and can do attitude.
