Dana Smith is awesome. Whenever I need to sell or buy again I am going right back to her. She knew what I wanted in a house and found me exactly that! She really went above and beyond with every part of this purchase. She is also very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had.
I think it's also important to note that I am a 23 year old female buying it alone, so the process was not something I've done before; however, I felt extremely comfortable the entire time thanks to Dana. I had a lot of questions but she was very patient with me and explained everything (sometimes I needed things explained multiple times when I had trouble understanding lol).
