Laureen was amazing to work with every step of the way! She was super easy to communicate with and was very thorough with answering questions I had. Laureen knew the area extremely well which worked to my advantage. She also went above and beyond making herself available for appointments to help obtain the CO for the home. Even over a month after the home closed I had a package accidentally delivered there and Laureen was able to coordinate a time for me to pick it up. I can not thank Laureen enough for all of her help and hard work! I highly recommend her.
