I would like to say that the majority of the properties which I saw that were under contract with your agency were exceptional. well maintained in good neighborhoods and carefully maintained. I was positively impressed.
His even-temperament was a source of strength when my bank kept asking for more and more information. He assured me that in the end it would all work out! He was a source of information and gave me some great leads for items which needed resolve to close.
I was interested in property in Bloomfield. The first listing I researched was shown to me by Scott. I was impressed by his listening to my needs and only bringing these types of listings to my attention, in a very tight market. His integrity was obvious in our first showing when I made a comment concerning a listing we were visiting. He never contradicted an observation which I made. He assured me that when I found a listing which was for me I would feel it and not to hurry. He helped me make a judgement call when I was out bid on a property.
