It didn't matter that I hadn't seen Jan in years because I knew her character. It was always going to be Jan that I'd turn to when I needed a realtor. I knew I could count on Jan to be truthful and that I could trust her to have my best interests at heart.
Jan was very calm and patient, attended to all my requests, provided good advice, and answered my many, many questions at all hours of the day.
