Susanne did an excellent job, with what ended up being an awful buyer, Realtor, and opposing attorney. She did the job of both Realtor's when the buyer's Realtor and was unresponsive and just wasn't following up on what he was supposed to do. She really went above and beyond to make this sale happen, I don't think it would have gone through if it wasn't for her determination and persistence.
