Jack Kelly’s knowledge of the Atlantic City and Southern NJ area and his understanding of what we were looking for as out-of-state buyers in the little time we had, helped our search and eventual purchase tremendously. What my partner and I appreciate most about Jack Kelly is that he truly is a down-to-earth, dependable, hard working, supportive, and downright good man. Unlike some agents that can be pushy or impatient throughout the often stressful process of purchasing property, Jack Kelly does not exhibit any of those negative traits and for this matter, we will undoubtedly always turn to Jack for any of our home buying needs in the area, as well as, confidently refer any of our loved ones to him. Even when our first attempt to purchase fell through due to the seller’s agent’s unprofessionalism, Jack Kelly was right there to help console us and immediately found an even better property. No time was ever lost because of him — from setting up inspections to moving on to closing — which was all very much appreciated since we live on the other side of the United States. Jack has a knack for diffusing stressful situations and tries his best to get right down to the crux of any problems that may arise to the best of his abilities. Due to me and my partner’s line of work and the tremendous travel we take throughout the year, our time is valuable and quite limited, so having Jack in our corner has been a real blessing. He has gone well over and beyond for us during and after the whole process — he has even stepped up after we had long closed to check on our property during a potential emergency where we didn’t have anyone else we could trust to do so. In fact, whenever we come to town, we still reach out to Jack just to grab a meal or coffee together and he genuinely always checks on how we’re doing from time to time. You learn quickly that this is just who he is, no strings attached. He truly has become an extension of our family, like an uncle — so much so, that we invited him to our wedding! This says a lot because we are very private people, but when you meet a great person like Jack, you keep those type of anomalies in your corner. They don’t make them like Jack Kelly anymore, and that’s a fact. He was there every step of the way and we truly can’t thank him and his staff enough for all the time, support, and love they have bestowed upon us from beginning to end. Other than impeccable service, I/we have received nothing in exchange for posting this testimonial, as we feel it would be a shame not to publicly share our wonderful experience working with Jack Kelly so others can hopefully experience it too.
