Evelyn Paladino brings a dynamic blend of experience, leadership, and industry expertise to the
real estate profession. A licensed New Jersey REALTOR? with an extensive background in
retail, marketing, business management, and accounting, Evelyn has built a reputation for
excellence through years of negotiating and closing multi-million-dollar contracts across the
country. Her entrepreneurial mindset and strong professional network helped her successfully
grow a thriving multi-faceted retail and internet business while expanding her career into real
estate. Known for her dedication to education and professional growth, Evelyn has earned
numerous prestigious designations and certifications, including ABR, CRS, GRI, SRES, SRS,
CNE, CPM, AHWD, CDS, and Certified Christie's Luxury Specialist, among many others.
Her commitment to the industry extends far beyond sales. Evelyn has served in leadership roles
at the local and state levels, including as Director for several REALTOR? associations and
Chairperson for committees focused on education, professional standards, grievance, bylaws,
RPAC, and mediation. She is also a licensed Continuing Education Instructor for both the New
Jersey and New York Associations of REALTORS?, helping shape and mentor future
