I live in Florida and would travel every 3-4 weeks to take care of the house but for the most part, I relied on Brett for everything. He met with inspectors. Came by the house to do small repairs, take out the trash, etc. He would bring in the mail. He went to Lowe’s to buy new smoke detectors and fire extinguishers when I bought the wrong ones. He was the epitome of customer service and certainly is a hands on agent.
Living out of state I really relied on Brett for everything. Also, I live in a different time zone and Brett never once seemed to mind taking late calls or being available around my schedule. Honestly, he was the best thing about the sale of this house and the only reason it sold so quickly. He made all of it as easy as he could for me and I am eternally grateful!
Brett made the whole experience as seamless and easy as possible. He truly is the best!
