Alexis Kroupa was very informative as coming to the table we knew very little other than we wanted to buy a home and general price range; she took every means that I can think of to ease the process. Can’t imagine any aspects of improvement necessary. She was incredibly professional in all aspects of sale, an aspect not often seen in the civilian world. She was very concerned with our happiness and needs as a buyer. She tended to our needs and even maintained communication through and extending past the work day. She was very understanding to some requests that proved difficult yet succeeded in providing. Incredibly squared away to say the very least. I will be recommending to all associates in the future.
