Once, I contacted Karen Tilley to place my home on the market. The first thing she asked me was, am I sure about this decision. Once, I assured her that I was, she she explained the whole procedure to from listing, open house, title search, assesment of property and the cost associated with Century 21 as my agent. Once we settle on a date for the open house which was day after New Year (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) Karen phone me Sunday evening to tell me we had a buyer, Needless, to say she had warned me in advance that the property from her perspective would not be on the market long, never the less, I was in a state of shocked, Once, I recuperated Karen told me she would assist me in looking for a place to live.
